Services

Location scouting and management, casting and talent negotiation, crew, equipment, transportation, travel and accommodation, specialist equipment and SFX, art department for locations or studio shoots, recommendations for all post-production requirements.

Tax

In New Zealand 15% is charged to all goods and services. NZ Film Connection look after this, but it is not charged to the client, as it is not applicable to exports and we can claim it back. We also look after all tax requirements for crew.

Bids

We can help with your bid for a project, by supplying location suggestions, estimates and solutions to the challenges of the script.

Cost

We have a favourable exchange rate, check out xe.com. We also provide an honest indication of what the job will cost. We pass on any savings/special rates to our clients.

Estimates

We like to work with your budget and negotiate on your behalf, so that we can give you a realistic view of what can be achieved. Budgets are fully transparent, and final reconciliation of the job within 10 days of shoot.

Visas

We assist you with requirements for work visas. Directors, producers, DPs, 1st ADs or any other technical crew require work visas to shoot in NZ. For more information go to Entertainment Visas.
